How do I add an AI chatbot to my business website?
LocalRanks Pro gives you one line of code that adds an AI chat assistant to your website. It answers visitors' questions using your Google Business Profile (hours, address, phone, services), the FAQs you write and the pages of your own website, and it says so when it doesn't know rather than guessing. When a visitor wants a quote or a callback, it collects their name and email or phone and emails them to you.

Frequently asked questions
Will the chatbot make things up?
It is instructed to answer only from your Google profile, your FAQs and your website pages, and to say when it doesn't have a detail. When it can't answer, it offers to pass the question to your team.
Does it work if my site is built with Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. The chatbot is one script tag you paste into your site's custom code settings, and the scanner can read sites that build their pages with JavaScript.
Can it give medical or legal advice?
No. It is set up to avoid medical, legal and financial advice and to suggest booking a consultation or contacting you instead.
Can other websites use my chatbot?
No. Chat requests are only accepted from your verified website, and usage is rate limited.
